Austroid Corporation acquired the Nevada Lithium Project from Future Battery Minerals Ltd (ASX: FBM) in November 2024.

Argentina Project

Argentina

Austroid recently acquired three lithium brine projects in Argentina’s Jujuy Province from Lake Resources (ASX: LKE), within South America’s “Lithium Triangle”,which hosts approximately 75% of the world’s supply of lithium.

Brazil Project

Brazil

Austroid Corporation’s Brazil Exploration Project, strategically located in the Borborema Pegmatite Province, covers over 13,000 hectares across Rio Grande do Norte and Paraíba.

Quartz Hill Project

Australia

On 15th December 2022, Liatam Mining entered into an Earn-In Agreement with Novo Resources to explore for Battery Minerals within selected Pilbara tenements immediately south of Novo’s Nullagine Gold Project, collectively known as the Quartz Hill project area.

Mitshisso Project

Canada

The Mitshisso Project is wholly owned by Austroid Resources Canada approximately 30km southeast of the town of Chibougamau (58km by road) and 470km north of Montreal in the Eeyou-Istchee James Bay region of northern Quebec.

North Mistassini Project

Canada

The North Mistassini Project is wholly owned by Austroid Resources Canada and is located within the Assinica Fauna Reserve approximately 245km northeast of the town of Chibougamau (295km by road) and 700km north of Montreal in the Eeyou-Istchee James Bay region of northern Quebec.

Manicouagan Project

Canada

The Manicouagan Project is wholly owned by Austroid Resources Canada and is located within the Outardes IV reservoir approximately 120km north of the town of Baie-Comeau (176km by road) and 575km northeast of Montreal in Manicouagan in the Côte Nord region.

Chaloneau Project

Canada

The Chaloneau Project is wholly owned by Austroid Resources Canada and is located within the Assinica Fauna Reserve approximately100km north of the town of Chibougamau (133km by road) and 590km north of Montreal in the Eeyou-Istchee James Bay region of northern Quebec (Figure 1). The project abuts Sayona Mining’s Moblan lithium project.

Cowan Project

Australia

The Cowan Project is a combination of 10 tenements owned by Bloomier Resources and 7 tenements owned by Liatam Mining. The project is located approximately 55km east of Widgiemooltha, 60km southeast of Kambalda and 105km southeast of Kalgoorlie in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia (Figure 1). The project abuts the Bald Hill lithium project.
