Crushing and Grinding
Ores are broken down into fine
particles to facilitate the separation of valuable minerals.
Leaching and Extraction

dissolved and separated from impurities using chemical solutions.
Concentration
Physical separation methods (such as flotation, gravity, or magnetic separation) are used to produce a mineral-rich concentrate.
Purification and Precipitation
The extracted mineral is purified and converted into a stable compound suitable for transport or further
industrial use.
Chemical Conversion
The concentrate is treated with heat or reagents to alter its composition into a soluble or reactive form.
Drying, Packaging, and QA
The final product is dried, tested, and packaged to meet industry-specific specifications and standards.
